BIO

Raegan Shapiro is a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and content creator  from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She graduated from Indiana University (2026) earning her B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance. She has recently been named an Emerging Choreographer through Natural Movers and Grounded WPB. She has performed in the works of Elizabeth Shea, Beatrice Capote, Christian Classans, and Christa Smutek. While at IU, she has choreographed and presented three  full-length concert dance works, Radio Man (2024),  Gasp and Burn (2025), and When the Air Left (2026). In the summer of 2024, Raegan trained at Dance Italia, where she studied under Jamal White, Maya Orchin, and Komoco Dance. In addition to her contemporary training, Raegan has studied multiple jazz disciplines, including Fosse, JoJo Jazz, and Precision Jazz through intensive programs and workshops across the country. In 2024, Raegan served as the Artistic Intern at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Florida. She actively choreographs and teaches throughout South Florida, where her work with youth has been recognized at numerous dance competitions. Raegan continues to push the boundaries of dance by blending athleticism and artistry across jazz, contemporary, and a wide range of other styles
